Mindfullness, as taught through this website, is a process that attunes our awareness to our sensory experiences. By using our five senses, hearing, feeling, sight, scent and taste, we dive into existence until it transforms into that which is beyond existence. It is a state of “being,” or living in the present moment, rather than falling prey to our mind’s illusions.
By living in the moment, we learn to absorb and be in awe of the beauty that surrounds us. From the state of awe, we open our minds to greater creativity and power to manifest our highest good.
